High Meadow Farm
Our flagship shelter is situated on the top of a ridge with over 1,000 acres in the rolling hills of midcoast Maine. Once an historic estate farm, PRS transformed this property into a world-class, high-capacity animal sanctuary that is home to over 400 rescued farmed animals, equines, and companion animals at any time.

Low Meadow Farm
This 240 acre parcel abuts High Meadow Farm’s conservation holding. This shelter is dedicated to caring for some of our special needs animals, including geriatrics, populations of animals with contagious diseases, and has emergency intake/holding space, and a medical barn.
